As a first-generation Nigerian-American born and raised in Providence, Chef Wande draws flavors and influences from Asian and West African dishes she grew up eating. She is passionate about elevating and putting a unique spin on classic dishes from several cultures.

Chef Wande holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master's of Public Health in Health Disparity from the University of Maryland. Her decision to study Nutrition and Dietetics is the result of a long battle with obesity.

Through discipline, consistency, and newfound knowledge of cooking and healthy eating Chef Wande was able to lose 100lbs. Cooking at home not only enabled her to control her calories but help her develop and perfect her cooking skills

WHAT SHE PROVIDES

Chef Wande resides in Maryland where she is a chef, dinner party curator, content creator, and Food Access Planner for the City of Baltimore. In addition, Chef Wande hosts virtual cooking lessons and supper clubs.
